Kowton - Whities002 [WHITIES]

SECOND HAND

Condition: VG+/VG

Year: 2014

Kowton had already established himself with releases for Idle Hands, Boomkat, Livity Sound and Broadwalk by the time this 12" on the Whities label (now renamed AD93) came around, and it was an almost-perfect slice of stuttering, broken techno of the likes that defined the mid-2010's.

The standout for me was Doing Nothing - a proper techno track in every sense of the word, one of those hypnotic head melters that when combined with the right extras, takes you into a place you never want to leave.

Please note, there's a bit of residue from an old price sticker on the sleeve, but that doesn't detract from the tunes!
